It is discovered that, in the large scale, the further two spatial objects are apart from each other, the higher is the velocity they are moving apart from each other (Redshift). It is agreed (the details I don't know yet) that this velocity is directly proportional to the distance between the objects, and the Hubble Constant is the proportion coeficient, showing, how much velocity of two objects departing from each other is increasing depending on the distance between the objects.
